## How to get the Target military discount

Campaign bonuses appear in your Target Circle account when a promotion is live. Target Circle 360 same-day delivery is only at select stores.

1. Join Target Circle if you have not already.
2. On Target.com, open Account, then Settings, then choose Verify status under Discounts and pick Military. In the Target app, go to My Target, tap Settings, and choose Military verification.
3. Enter your details exactly as they appear on your document and upload it for SheerID to review.
4. Allow up to 1 hour after successful verification. Bonuses show in your account when a campaign is live.

## Who qualifies

- Target Circle members who are active service members
- Target Circle members who are veterans
- One dependent

Veterans without a military ID can prove status with VA's digital card: see [how to get a Veteran ID Card](https://www.getbasepass.com/guides/veteran-id-card).

## Limits to know about

- Target says your Target Circle Bonus appears when there is a live campaign, so there is no discount between campaigns.
- The reduced Target Circle 360 price renews at $10.99 a month or $99 a year if you stop being eligible or no longer have a Target Circle Card saved.
- Target Circle 360 discount applies to a single membership, limit one per guest.

## Tips before you pay

- Match your name to the document. Target says nicknames and typos are common reasons verification fails.
- Documents must show your name, branch of service, current affiliation and discharge date if applicable. Target accepts items such as a DD214, an LES, or a driver's license with a Veteran endorsement.
- Verify before a promotion starts so the bonus appears as soon as a campaign goes live.

## Good to know

Target's current military page promotes the verified-status Target Circle 360 price, which it describes as $4.99 a month or $49 a year for verified military customers with a Target Circle Card saved.
