- Bring your military ID. The name must match the eTicket for the free admission.
Who qualifies
- U.S. active-duty military
- Activated or drilling reservists
- National Guard
- Veterans (50% off tickets and Military Silver Pass)
The free Waves of Honor admission is for active duty, reservists and Guard only. SeaWorld says inactive, standby and retired reserve members, military retirees, the U.S. Merchant Marine and civilian DoD workers are not eligible for it. Veterans get the 50% off ticket and pass offers instead. Spouses sign in under the service member's or veteran's ID.me account.
Veterans without a military ID can prove status with VA's digital card: see how to get a Veteran ID Card.
Exclusions and limits
- Free admission: one per person per year, at one park (SeaWorld, Busch Gardens or Sesame Place), with blackout dates possible. It expires December 31, 2026.
- Free admission is not valid at Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Water Country USA or Adventure Island, or for separately ticketed events such as Howl-O-Scream at SeaWorld Orlando.
- 50% off single-day tickets: limit 6, must be obtained and used by December 31, 2026. For active duty, the member must be present with the guests.
- Parking is not included with the free admission.
- No further discounts apply to the Military Silver Pass.
Tips before you pay
- Spouses can create their own ID.me account, but SeaWorld says the military tickets only show on accounts verified as a service member, veteran or retiree, so sign in under the member's account.
- If a single parent is deployed and children live with a relative, SeaWorld says the caregiver should contact the park's Guest Relations with proof of military status and deployment.
- Pass members, active duty and veterans are invited to a picnic at SeaWorld Orlando on Sunday, November 15, 2026; tickets are sold through the same ID.me login.
