This pre-launch privacy summary describes the data the Benefitsbase funnel collects and how it is used.

What we collect

Quiz answers, email address, campaign parameters, funnel events, and purchase or waitlist status. We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, medical records, VA login credentials, or payment card numbers in this funnel.

How we use it

To create your informational estimate, send the breakdown you requested, deliver a weekly benefits briefing when you subscribe, operate the presale or waitlist, improve the funnel, and detect technical problems.

Analytics and processors

When configured, the site uses Mixpanel for product analytics, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for payment processing, and a hosted PostgreSQL provider for storage. Email addresses and raw quiz answers are not sent as analytics event properties.

Sale and deletion

We do not sell personal information. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@benefitsbase.com. Weekly briefing subscribers can also unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email or on the unsubscribe page.
