Plain-language terms for a private benefits guide.
These Terms of Service govern your use of Benefitsbase, including the website, app, quiz, email briefings, and membership offer. By using Benefitsbase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who operates Benefitsbase
Benefitsbase is a brand operated by Reelpop Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We are an independent private company and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, the U.S. military, or any other government agency.
2. What the service does
Benefitsbase organizes publicly available benefit information, military discounts, free places, and official source links. The quiz uses the answers you provide to produce a modeled estimate and prioritize a starting list. Coverage, availability, eligibility, values, program rules, dates, and offers can change by person and location.
Benefitsbase is not a government benefits application, eligibility determination, legal service, financial advisory service, tax service, medical service, claims-accreditation service, lender, insurer, or credit-card issuer.
3. Verify before relying on information
Estimates and content are educational and informational only. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice and are not a guarantee that you qualify for a program, discount, card benefit, approval, savings amount, or government payment. You are responsible for verifying current requirements, deadlines, terms, and application instructions with the official source before acting.
4. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Benefitsbase. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service with a parent or legal guardian's permission. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit information you do not have the right to provide, scrape or copy the service at scale, impersonate another person or agency, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
5. Email and referrals
When you submit an email address, you confirm that it is yours to use and that the information you provide is accurate. Depending on the flow, we may send the requested breakdown, weekly briefing, product updates, and related product or offer messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the link in the email or the unsubscribe page. Transaction, refund, security, and other essential service messages may still be sent.
Referral links and incentives are for genuine personal referrals. Do not spam, misrepresent the offer, or use automated or deceptive traffic. We may cancel referral credit or access when we reasonably believe an activity is abusive or fraudulent.
6. Membership and payment
The price, currency, membership period, included items, and access details shown at checkout control the transaction. Membership access begins after a successful checkout unless the offer states otherwise.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. You authorize Stripe and us to process the purchase details needed to complete the transaction. Taxes or other charges may apply where required by law.
The refund request process is described on the refund page. Any offer-specific refund terms shown at checkout also apply, along with non-waivable rights under applicable law.
7. Ownership and third-party sources
Reelpop Media LLC and its licensors own the Benefitsbase name, site design, original copy, software, and other materials, except for third-party materials and official-source content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful personal purposes. Government agencies, brands, merchants, and third-party sites linked from Benefitsbase are responsible for their own content, terms, privacy practices, and offers.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Benefitsbase, including the quiz, data sources, emails, membership features, or pricing. We will use reasonable efforts to keep information current, but we do not promise that the service will always be available, complete, accurate, or error-free.
9. Disclaimers and liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benefitsbase is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reelpop Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, savings, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or your non-waivable consumer rights.
10. Governing law and contact
Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Pinellas County, Florida. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Questions about these Terms should be sent to info@reelpop.co. We may update these Terms by posting a new version here and changing the effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
