If the launch window moves

We will email founding members with two clear choices: keep the founding place or receive a refund. We will not silently roll the purchase into an indefinite delivery date.

How to request it

Email refunds@benefitsbase.com from the address used at checkout. The refund will be returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
